Steering units

Function
 

- Steering unit are an element of steering consisting of a servo-spool with manual control and a gerotor type flow meter with feedback, made in one housing.

- Steering units are designed for installation in a volumetric hydraulic drive for steering of agricultural, communal, municipal, road-building and other self-propelled wheeled vehicles with a speed slower than 50 km/h.

- Steering unit performs normalized supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinders of the steering proportionally to the angle of the steering unit shaft rotation..

- Steering units with working volume up to 250 cm3 allow you to control the machine in emergency mode when the feed pump is idle - due to the muscular power of the operator.

AVALIABLE VERSIONS OF DESIGN
 

Depending on the constructive scheme of the hydraulic control valve, steering units are produced in the following versions:
‐ basic – “open center, non‐reaction”;
‐ with LS-line;
‐ with 2 rotary meters for emergency steering;
- with a double-circuit hydraulic motor that provides work in emergency mode.

Depending on the connecting holes there are three standard sizes:
- with metric thread М22х1,5;
- with metric thread М20х1,5;
- with pipe thread G1/2”.

Depending on the gerotor pair volume steering units are represented by the following model range:
50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 800 и 1000 cm3.

By the availability of adjustable valves steering units are produced in two versions:
- main - with built‐in relief valve and shock valves;
- without built‐in valves.

DESIGN FEATURES
 

- Steering units have connecting dimensions that meet international standards, and are completely interchangeable with steering units from manufacturers such as Sauer Danfoss, Rexroth, M+S, Eaton, Lifam and others;;

- The presence of built-in valves (input check, safety, shockproof and recharge);

- Arrangement of threaded connections P, T, R, L on one plane;

- Option for mounting of valve cover;

- Steering column connection with splined shaft;

- With adapter for connection of the steering column shaft using a pin.
